“Just like any other Dunkin', this one suffers a bit from inconsistency. You could either have a great drink or a burnt espresso that tastes like cigarettes. It all feels like it comes down to the luck of the draw. In general, I would say you have a better chance of getting a good drink from here though!“

“Our family goes to Dunkin Donuts, alot. Mainly because my son only eats like 5 things and the chocolate frosted donuts with sprinkles is one of his faves! During the holidays we usually dont go because Dunkin celebrates holidays with themed sprinkles on these donuts and my son will not eat them. Today, during a very difficult time my son wanted to go to Dunkin and I gave in. I knew he wouldn't like the sprinkles but I had to try. I got to the drive thru, placed an order for just one donut, drove around and decided to ask the employee if I can place an order for my sons favorite with rainbow sprinkles, he informed me that yes I can and it has to be the night before.... as he is giving me this info he is working quickly to make my son a rainbow sprinkle donut. His name is Justin (I believe). I called to make the order for the dozen donut pickup tomorrow and spoke to Justin who knew what I was calling about. I hope his manager sees this and knows what it means to have someone working there with this kind of customer service. With his kind of heart. What something like this means to a mom who needed a little kindness today. Thank you, Justin.“
“The smell as you walk in - the best. The folks working the counter are super friendly and helpful. Also very patient as you decide on the last 2 donuts for your build a dozen. My only wish is for a store just like it on the east side. But the trip does make the donuts just that much more special.“
“I went to this Dunkin' location yesterday via drive-thru. I had THE absolute best interaction with their 4 employees: Cooper B., Carter N., Ethan U., & Alexa B. From being kindly greeted (& patiently waited on) when ordering to the excellent customer service at the window, I will most definitely return to this location. Everyone was so kind and professional that it made my (formerly horrible) day much better. I rarely write reviews, but I felt that their hard-work should be recognized.In addition, I tried to complete a Dunkin' survey for them using the code on the receipt, but the code was invalid. I wasn't sure whom to contact about this issue.“

I’m surprised a quick FICO score check isn’t required before payment. $50 incl a 20% tip for two burgers (no premium toppings btw), 1 fry, and two drinks is WILD. If I’m paying for high cholesterol and heart disease, I can do that more cost-effectively elsewhere.“
