Every time I come, which is pretty frequently, I am never greeted. I pull up and hear “what do you want?” I know people can have bad days and bad customers, so get it, i’ve worked in food service before, but it’s every time i order. i get no thank yous, your welcomes, have a good day, or yes ma’ams. the coffee is always good so can’t complain there i’ll be honest, which is really the most important part. i just find it weird that someone working in customer service...read full review
Fast and friendly service. I was impressed with how quickly and efficiently they work! I got there and got stuck in two really big lines during morning rush hour and they had me through the line with my order in less than 10 minutes. That's amazing. Fastest Dunkin' I've ever seen!

Inattentive staff, they always seem occupied with something else and the customer sercice lacks a lot. Yet again this morning I ordered HOT coffee with oatmilk and stevia. I got a large iced coffee. Also most times when I go to the drive thru the first words are "what do ya want"?.The other DDs in town have much better service than this one.
