Pauley's Reviews
We ate dessert at Pauley's and it was amazing. We had the apple pie crepe a la mode- we should have ordered two instead of one, sooo good! Also, VERY honest people! Great service and fantastic atmosphere. I highly recommend any time of the day!
Paulette is absolutely a fun and relaxing place to dine at. The smores and southern suzette crepes were phenomenal.
Always great food and desserts. Nice portion sizes. We'll go back just for the desserts cauae you never have room after you meal unless you only eat half.

Pauley's is a hidden gem in Athens, known for its delicious crepes that attract many visitors. The Bulldog crepe and the caprese crepe remain popular choices among guests. The atmosphere can be loud, as it is a college town, but the friendly staff and cozy ambiance make the experience enjoyable. The restaurant offers a variety of seating options and features unique dessert crepes like the apple pie dessert crepe. Besides the great food, Pauley's also serves well-crafted cocktails, including the only fans martini, with regular ladies nights offering discounted martinis and trivia nights on Sundays. The staff are always helpful, friendly, and attentive, ready to recommend a favorite wine, cocktail, or crepe. With large portions and consistently amazing-tasting food, Pauley's is a great place to visit in Athens, especially for brunch or to watch the dawgs play football during game season.
