Poke is a restaurant with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, known for its friendly staff. The service has been described as fast and super friendly, with staff being really helpful in assisting customers with their orders. While some customers find the service exceptional, others suggest that the staff could be more proactive in guiding first-time visitors through the menu options. The poke itself is considered delicious, and many enjoy the variety of options available, including a veggie bowl and brown rice. However, there have been consistent issues with the availability of tapioca for drinks, and some customers have noted that tapioca pearls are not offered for every drink. Despite this, the boba is still a highlight, particularly the strawberry tea with brown sugar boba, which has received positive feedback. A few customers have expressed disappointment with the lack of pre-selected bowl options and the occasional unavailability of advertised drink ingredients. The restaurant also has a cooler of drinks available, including sodas and water for those who prefer options beyond tea.
