“Once I arrived at the store I was warmly greeted by the staff and was notified that my order may take a little longer because of my special requests. I was directed to park and come inside and I asked how long it would take and they stated 3 minutes. To that I asked if I could join the drive thru again after I wanted the 3 minutes in my car… but before I knew it I was parked and had a team member run my order out to me in the parking lot, and even gave my car a complement. This is such great 2nd mile service from a restaurant, thank you Popeyes on ATL-HWY IN ATHENS for providing fresh and always fast food and going the second mile to make sure your guests are taken care of! Definitely will be coming back!“
“Used the drive-thru last night for the ghost pepper sandwich combo, and everything went well. Food was good and accurate, and the staff was decent. I was glad the lady told me the straw was in the bag. I've heard the customer service stinks, so I guess I got lucky, haha...“
