“I’ve been coming here recently a good bit in the mornings. This Starbucks store may be one of the best around. The workers here are absolutely fantastic. They always act as if they are delighted to see you. They act as if they are delighted to be at work, but not annoyingly so. They always seem very genuine. Even with long lines in the drive-through, they work very expeditiously to get you through quickly. It is refreshing to see this kind of customer service!“
“Real kind crew working here. Ordered an item that they were out of and recommended me another similar item. Additionally, they offered to throw in a free pastry out of our kindness. Cashier was very friendly as well. Would give more stars if I could.“
“I worked outside in the rain today and was cold and wet for my ride home; so, I decided to grab a hot chocolate to warm up.
As I was paying at the drive through, I dropped my card wallet right into a puddle of water, and all of the contents popped out.
The young man at the window immediately handed me a bunch of napkins so that I could dry my stuff.
I didn't catch his name, but his act of kindness was appreciated.“
“I get Starbucks all the time from all over between Vinings, Braselton, Covington, Savannah… my point is I’ve been to so many Starbucks locations and this is by far the most pleasant experience I’ve had as far as ordering efficiency, time spent waiting, and staff attitude. Whoever runs this store has happy staff and it shows. Thank you!“

“There usually is a wait since this location is very popular. I am ashamed to say we went two days in a row. We ordered a Java Chip Frappuccino. The gentleman told us they were out of mocha, and would we like to try white mocha. Thank you for the suggestion. it was delicious.“
“To all of the employees working the morning of 11/13/25-GREAT JOB! It was a complete zoo because of Red Cup Day but everyone was friendly and upbeat, working hard while keeping smiles on their faces and being fun and cracking jokes. They were all working extremely fast and filling orders rapidly. Very impressed with everyone there. Thanks so much for making my drink in the middle of pure chaos!“

But today is a cold, rainy day & I feel for the Barista working the drive thru b/c there's no canopy or covering over the drive thru window 🤨 She deserves recognition b/c she's getting soaked but she remains pleasant & friendly ☺️ Management, please add a covering to keep your employees dry!“
