The brisket that we were so excited to try was absolutely inedible. There were 3 of us there for lunch and each ordered brisket. A sandwich, a sliced plate and tacos. What was served to us was completely fat and scraps. There was no lean at all. We ended up throwing it all in the trash and leaving. I can’t vouch for the BBQ brisket but as a thirty year resident of Central Texas they have righteous breakfast tacos. BBQ setup looked legit and smelled amazing. I did a u-turn and tried it based on that alone. The chorizo was amazing.
This is one of my favorite places to eat the food is delicious and authentic.
