This is the kind of story a retired newspaperman like myself really enjoys. Meet Lil Ice Cream Dude, or Victor "Bean" Tracy Shell, the youngster entrepreneur in Athens, Georgia, and the youngest ever to become a member of the Athens Chamber of Commerce. Lil Ice Cream Dude began his ice cream cart at the age of EIGHT and has never stopped growing his business. He now has a shop on the east side of Athens that is well worth hunting down. His ice cream creations are imaginative and delicious. No indoor seating but outdoor tables nearby. A hidden treasure not to be missed by ice cream lovers!
