We love this place in terms of atmosphere, quality, and proximity to our apartment! However, it appears to be permanently closed, and attempts to contact the business have gone unreturned.

3.5 stars. It was pretty tasty and a nice stop on a Sunday morning. I have a few things that I feel like could be improved, but generally would come back because it's close to home. Food: My husband and I got ham egg and cheese and bacon egg and cheese croissants respectively. The egg, cheese, and meat ratio was great (if you've ever had a sandwich where these ratios don't match you get it) but the actual eggs were about 1/2th of the croissant, leaving a lot of extra bread. Caffé Bella is a small, local coffee shop located in Apex On Huff Road near Ellsworth Industrial Boulevard. It really is a hidden gem! The space is very modern yet cozy with free wifi if you need to get work done. The coffee was fresh and tasted great. They had light, medium, and dark roast to choose from so everyone can find something to fit their taste. The star of the show, though, is the beignets! Soft, light, and delicious.
