Carrabba's Italian Grill Reviews
Super friendly server, really nasty unflavorful food. But you are STUCK when at the airport! ,
A typical restaurant inside an airport
I ate here in July of 2026. It is two days later and my stomach is still tore up from eating there. The waitress was probably the most apathetic server I have ever had. My wife ordered spaghetti with meat sauce and there was zero meat. She told the waitress and she just walked away, not even giving us a clue how she would resolve the issue. I guess her resolution was to adjust the bill to meatless spaghetti which she didn’t order instead of bringing her what she ordered.

Carrabba's Italian Grill at the airport offers a variety of food options, but the quality and service have been inconsistent based on recent customer reviews. Some diners have reported issues with the temperature and flavor of the dishes, such as cold items and bland or overcooked pasta. However, the protein components have generally been deemed edible. The staff have been described as courteous and attentive, though there have been instances of delays in service and cleanliness concerns. Despite these mixed reviews, the restaurant does provide a convenient dining option for travelers with long layovers, offering comfort food choices like the meatball spaghetti and chicken Marsala. The overall experience seems to vary, with some customers having a less enjoyable meal but still appreciating the efforts of the staff.
