It took me 45 minutes to get a bagel and iced coffee. The manager gave me a card for a free bagel and drink. Upon returning three weeks later, the new manager didn’t want to honor the card because she didn’t have a barcode to scan and proceeded to argue with me until finally giving me the bagel and drink. Won’t be returning to this location.
