Got all 4 of my tires replaced from here. The price is great plus they waive the installation fee which is always nice. What's not so nice is the service of some of the technicians. The 2 times I called, they were very passive aggressive and rude. In their defense, this costco is one of the busiest ones in town, but that shouldnt be an excuse for poor customer service. They finished my tires in a timely manner and it was an easy wait since I just shopped around while waiting....read full review
My wife and I love Costco! My only complaint is with the shrimp cocktail. The shrimp is outstanding and very plentiful. The cocktail sauce is amazing, but it is not enough. It would be great if you could either put in a second one or allow the staff to give a second one upon request. Currently they do not do so.Thank you,Ron [email protected]
