Didn’t wanna do DatFireJerkChicken with low review but nah what I experienced today wasn’t cool. Always CHECK YOUR FOOD before you leave. Was in a rush didn’t really check mine cause I get food all time there so I trusted what I was getting. I’ll frequent a different establishment going forward when in mood for Caribbean. Got around to finally eating, opened container… This time NO plantains, NO cabbage, NO sauce, NO napkins. Just a plate of rice and dry jerk chicken....read full review
Dat Fire is true to the name. Since the place is owned by actual Jamaicans the food is very authentic. And they give you a good amount. I have had the oxtails and fish Tacos and they were deeelish. And their kale and cabbage mix... OMGoodness it is so so good.Now this location is not a sit down location and in the summer they do have some outside seating, but it's an atmosphere that makes you feel like you're in Jamaica. Yo I thought I had a great spot for Jamaican food til I went here! Food was awesome fed the whole family and they all loved it! And the outside patio porch eating allowed me to spark one when I finished or before I started if I wanted to. It's usually empty on patio deck. People usually pick it up and take home.
