It’s rare these days to see employees who can balance speed with genuine hospitality, but Zacai and Vijay nailed it. The order was perfect, everything tasted fresh, and the positive energy they brought made my quick stop feel like a highlight of the day.

“Went inside this morning to avoid the line outside, so of course the employees were still very busy with the drive thru though there was no line inside. They still greeted me very warmly, I was helped quickly, and my order came out faster than I thought it would. A young man held the door for me and the other customers who had come in, and he even helped me carry my order to my car. What I ordered was not even for myself yet I left feeling like I’d had a shot of Good morning! It really made my day. Young excellence, I love to see it.“
“I purchased 3 Maple Bacon Croissants. The cheese wasn't melted and 2 of them fell apart as soon as they were unwrapped. My green tea and small coffee is supposed to have blueberry shots but I couldn't taste it. I think it was the location because I can taste the shots when I get them from other locations.“
“This is one of Midtown Atlanta's favorite, rise and shine coffee time locations. It's also one of the friendlier pet owners places to walk in, with your four legged family members.. dog allowed, And I think they like the coffee smell as well as the freshly made breakfast sandwiches.. great atmosphere.“

“I love this store, mainly because it's the only one in the area. The owners are nice, however culturally, sometimes the lady can be a little rude and ask inappropriate judgmental questions. She's sweet, but her approach can come off offensive at times. Even though I know she doesn't mean it. Also, the store smell like burnt griddle, and that smell can linger in your clothes for a while.Overall, their caramel coffee is the best. Dunkin is my favorite coffee shop of all.“
“I often get mobile orders from this particular Dunkin because it's on my way to work and also I'm making runs between my firm's locations. The mobile orders are always quick, delicious, and correct. The staff is always courteous and kind. And I'm thankful for them for making my day run more smoothly. I wish I could tip them on my mobile orders. Please give those people a raise. “The experience was so so, not bad, not great! When I ordered food I specifically said the meal that I wanted, the coffee and a donut. The bill was somewhere around $20.00, didn't think anything of it because of the extras I got, but when I got the food and coffee the hash rooms were missing. So I said I ordered the meal and the hashbrowns are missing. They said you didn't order a meal, I said I did to, blah blah blah, anyways, I did order a meal, but still had to pay for some hashbrowns that were supposed to have been included. I dont complain ofter, or even seldomly, but this deserved a little bit of it. Other than that for the two of them working, they handled that morning crowd efficiently. I'd go back again. Parking: I'm not sure if street parking is free, but if you're just going in to pickup an order, put your flashers on and you should be fine.“

Always makes my order to perfection and accommodates if they're out of something. Donuts are always fresh, even if you go near closing time!“
“Spencer is my guy he created me a frappe that was not on the menu and it turned out to be so good here take a look and then also recommended to grab something next time that was not on the menu. This Man has awesome customer service and great conversation my first time coming to this location and this is the only Dunkin I want to come to for now on, and I don’t even live in this location“
