Best ribs in the city and I’m born and raised here. I guarantee you can’t and won’t find any better ribs than jj’s rib shack.
So lemme start by saying this is my first time here! I’ve be trying to get here for forever. Off the bat I noticed that the place was clean and it has faithful returning customers.. now let’s talk about JODI customer service at its finest she treats the customers as family not just another face while maintaining her professionalism. I will be back with part 2 after I taste the food but the review was all about the excellent customer service and the appearance
Customer service needs worked on!!! Attitude!!! Baby You come here and get food you will be satisfied! But baby be ready to take a nap! Dont ask when it’ll be ready you’ll get no answer or an attitude!! Hope you live close by because this was my man duty child he ate cereal and he sleep now I’m here, I pull up 4 hours later they still on number 6!!! Don’t come on a holiday!!! 😭😭😭

JJ's Rib Shack is a beloved BBQ joint that serves up amazing 'cue, with portions that are generous and worth the wait. They only accept cash, and while the atmosphere may not be spectacular, there is a parking lot with free parking, though it can be packed. The restaurant is also popular for catering, with orders prepared fresh and on time for events like graduation parties. Despite the wait, many agree the food is worth it, and the ribs, rib tips, and sauce are highly recommended.
