Smoothies are delicious. Made right in front of you and you can see the ingredients going in, which I like. I’m giving 3 stars because the service was terrible and SO SLOW. I’ve gotten smoothies here many times before so I’m somewhat familiar with the staff. There’s a younger woman who gives good service. But there’s an older gentleman who hardly says a word. He ignores you while he makes a prior orders at a snail’s pace. I went to go move my car out of the 15-minute parking spot and by the time i got back, he was still slowlyyyyy working on the one order ahead of me. In total I waited 25 minutes before i got my smoothie and there was only 2 crepes and 2 smoothies ahead of mine. No reason it should take that long and for him to have literally zero customer service.“

So being that it's graduation week my daughter graduated 5th grade and is going into 6th as an honor roll student I decided this would be a little treat for our first day off. “One of the nicest smoothie kings I’ve been to. The staff was nice and greeted me as soon as I walked in. When I got in front, the rep was nice and friendly. Wasn’t too much of a wait time here. Although she was by herself, she was very efficient and got 3 of us in and out quickly.

Would certainly come back again.“

“My family and I were traveling from Michigan to Florida on May 27 when we stopped at one of your Georgia locations. My wife, who is vegan, purchased a smoothie and a sealed container of your Cheezy Kale Chips.

About an hour later, she opened the container and discovered a long blond hair inside. Understandably, we did not turn around, but she immediately attempted to contact the store to inform someone. She called multiple times, left voicemails, and even tried reaching your corporate office—again, with no answer or return call.

Approximately a week and a half later, after returning from Florida, we tried again to call both the store and your corporate office. Still, we could not get anyone to answer or return our calls. We checked my wife's voice mail - nothing from Arden's Garden.

On our drive back to Michigan, we stopped again at the same store with the original package (still containing the blond hair). The store clerk acknowledged the issue but stated he didn’t know how to process a refund.

While the hair in the product was unpleasant, our primary concern is the complete lack of response and accountability from both the store and your corporate office. We expected better from a company that promotes health, quality, and integrity.

UPDATE: A representative from the company contacted my wife, apologized, and remedied the situation.“

“From the first step in everything looked soo clean and put together. Was pleasantly greeted by both team members. I ordered the Southwest Caesar Spinach Wrap it was sooo good really exceeded my expectations for a juicery, it’s usually bland but this was full of flavor and just the right amount of dressing and didn’t leave my food soggy and it was also Toasted. I’m still sitting in the parking lot and my wrap is gone but I still have my custom juice I ordered which is very delicious too as if I juiced myself at home. Think I found my new fresh healthy spot to eat at it’s soo hard to find here but glad I found them. If you are impatient or in a hurry please order ahead these things are made to order.
