I came into this store a couple of weeks ago to restock on Nespresso pods. A lovely woman named Margaret at the front desk helped me choose flavors and got me a tasting of the iced yuzu vanilla! I drink a lot of Nespresso so she also told me about their recycling bags and the deals they had going on in the store that day. The deals in the store were a lot better than the ones online! It was such a pleasant experience and I’ll definitely be going back again.
Agree with others. The set up of this store is so annoying. They usually have two people just standing around giving samples instead of taking orders. I’ve waited upwards of 15+ minutes just to have someone take my pod order. I wish there was some sort of iPad so that they can just work on the order or pick up in store. Something so that this process isn’t so miserable
