Decided at the last minute to pick up a cake for my Christmas Eve party due to start in a few hours. I dropped into the Atlanta location and purchased a red velvet cake. It was beautiful and absolutely delicious. Very moist and fresh. My guests really enjoyed it.
Bekita was absolutely DELIGHTFUL!! So kind, so sweet, so attentive- she provided excellent customer service. She is also very knowledgeable on all of the products, as well as the seasonal availability. The epitome of southern hospitality!
Im giving three stars for customer service because they were truly awesome. But the cakes were not and it’s not their fault! I’m surprised how bland the two slices of cake I got were. I got the Red Velvet and their Chocolate cakes. The chocolate positively had a bitter after taste, and the Red velvet, a chemical aftertaste. The one closest to me closed down so I drove 30 mins to this one but I will not do that again. Something changed in their recipes or formulas. The red...read full review
