Let me be clear, your solo employee, Keke, was excellent and FAST, but having only 1 worker, alone on the Friday of DragonCon? Awful choice! She was swamped! And said her coworkers wouldn't be arriving til after the lunch rush! Do better! Get a second staff member for known busy hours! Giving you a bump on atmosphere and service for her. And she made a great smoothie. But you need more staff for all hours of this weekend.
I get there to order a smoothie bowl and the lady says “ sorry we’re out of bowls” I leave and order something else from a different place. I sit down and see they gave two people behind me smoothie bowls…🤦🏻♂️
Don’t come here. There’s literally never anybody working the front counter. They’re all in the back talking to each other (you can hear them). On two separate occasions I’ve been waiting twenty minutes for a smoothie when the entire store is empty. Today I’ve seen 4 people come to order and leave because nobody was there. You can’t cancel the order online and when you call to cancel it says the number is out of service. -1/10
