I ordered a sausage ,egg, cheese, biscuit and the staff there ask for my name and just put a letter so I never even knew about my food , 2 nd the food was just thrown in the bag the biscuit was not together with food egg off on side . When asked the staff about replacing my food she advised me this is how they do there food if this particular Starbucks can't handle there staffs customers service especially when I work there 5 to 6 days a week and spend my money they need to just...read full review

This Stabucks is located inside Macy’s in Lenox Mall. It was pretty quiet around 4.30 - 5 PM. At that time they still served things for breakfast such as ham & swiss croissants and kale & mushroom egg bites. The food and drink were good. Staff was very friendly, she gave my little one a little purple bear cookie as a gift. There are also tables and seats outside.Kid-friendliness: You can buy kid-friendly food, cookies and drinks.

After doing some shopping, we came by here for a few drinks including a caramel frappacino and iced brown sugar shaken expresso. I'm not really sure how they organize who makes what drinks but the shaken expresso took an extra 10 minutes after the other orders came out. For a bit it seemed there were too many people behind the desk but then they all disappeared at once resulting in the delayed turnout of orders.
