I had a very disappointing experience at the Subway located at 5851 Buffington Road in Union City. After ordering my sub, I went to the register to pay and noticed it did not ring up at the coupon price. The cashier was unable to get the coupon to work, so she called the owner. He stated that they do not accept that coupon, even though I had successfully used the same coupon at this location just last week.

Absolutely awesome experience at this Subway! The staff was super friendly and moved fast while still paying attention to every detail. Everything was incredibly fresh, the bread was perfect, and my sandwich tasted amazing. The restaurant was spotless and had a great vibe. This place really goes above and beyond for a Subway—hands down one of my favorites. Can’t wait to come back!
