Had a bitter tasting coffee this morning. I'm not a big complainer when it comes to food and drinks. Came all the way for a replacement. Instead of understanding was treated with attitude. Not good customer service. Will buy my coffee elsewhere from now on. Sorry, but service matters to me.
They are so rude and unprofessional! Working at a building like the promenade, one would expect that they be courteous and respectful to their customers. But this is never the case. It's clear that they're only interested in making a profit because the quality of their food and coffee is never up to par. Additionally, not once have the filled my coffee up completely. Save your money!!!

Coffee is expensive than regular Starbucks, Food is stale and not a good customer service at all. Unfortunately, that's the closest coffee place to my work place but I will try not o go here.
