El Super Pan is a super cute spot in Ponce City Market. The food, experience, vibe, customer service, and drinks are ten out of ten. The service is fantastic; servers are super attentive, nice, and amazing. One gentleman remembered a guest’s name after just one visit, which is impressive. The food is amazing, with authentic delicious tasting dishes. A standout is the Fried Egg Cubano, which is delicious and a perfect sandwich. The Pan con Vaca Frita is the clear winner, with crispy shredded beef earning a 4/5. The Cuban sandwich is another good pick that hits the spot. One of the best Cubanos ever tasted is available here. Another recommendation is indulging the sandwich with a side of tostones with garlic aioli. A bowl with rice, peas, and beef protein is a decent, filling option with plenty of veggies. The Yuca Frita was not for everyone, and the Yuca Fries were enjoyed as a snack. While a bit on the pricier side, it certainly does not disappoint.
