I purchased prime rib to serve for Easter dinner. While the thawing and heating directions were clear. My disappointment came in one-third of the prime rib was pure fat, not edible. It was way too expensive to lose that much to waste. I regret I didn’t take photos.
I returned to this location today per the store manager request. She accomdated me today because of my previous experience. I greatly appreciate her professionalism, great customer service, and attentiveness from her and the staff today.
Extremely nice and accommodating staff! Greeted me as soon as I walked in and very pleasant. Nice and clean restaurant too!!!
