By far the worst of the worst! Employees if you can call them that, were totally disengaged, girl making coffee talked nonstop to someone in her hidden earbuds, the young man making food did so like a zombie and then sat on the floor, looking to fall asleep. The food quality was terrible because it lacked quality! Not even close! This place should be closed down and turned into something great! The Market by Food and Wine, located at Atlanta airport gate D21, is an upscale eatery offering an extensive wine and beer menu with 6 breakfast options served til 1030AM and 6 sandwiches and a soup of the day. A young man working in the back preparing food was incredibly respectful and kind, taking every precaution with food allergies without hesitation. The self-order screen was fast with easy use. The coffee cup and food came quickly. One sandwich was pretty good, but the croissant was a little burnt on the bottom. Another guest called it the best breakfast sandwich in 5 years. The pizza was fresh and yummy. The stainless steel set up offers a contrast to the quick food decor of other places. The only seating is three slightly high barstools, so plan to head to a nearly central dining area. Local craft beer and wines abound. Vegetarian options include a veggie omelet. The bar stool seating is not wheelchair accessible, but access to the venue is good with wide open doors.
