“Waited in the drive thru about 30 mins worth the wait guy who was at the window got my food out fast and correct including condiments also I ordered two large chili’s and med mango strawberry lemonade and cajio spicy chicken however you say it lol“
“The food was on point, exceptional quality. The employees were respectful. The dining area was clean and orderly. Note: you are required to order food or be asked to leave. This location is off Fulton Industrial, a high crime area. They don't want no homeless sheltering in their restaurant. Business not personal. Will visit again.“

“I asked for Splenda she gave me regular sugar I asked for jelly she ignored me walked away closed the window another lady walked by the window seen me but turned fast to ignore me also so I had to raise my voice and say can I please have some Splenda please y work and be so rude to paying customers thats just trying to have breakfast.“

“Food always is freshly and quickly prepared. However, the women in the drive thru are always impatient, never greet, and always ask you to pull up to the front door to quickly get you out of the line. I guess I will take bad customer service is my food is always fresh.“

The food I got was good. But it was in a sealed bag and I didn't notice I was missing my fries until I got home.
I also didn't get my drink, but that's partially my fault because I didn't notice it at the window...“
“I had a great experience coming here. The staff was working hard, very polite and professional. When there was a problem with getting me what I paid for they accommodated with no issue which really made me feel appreciated. The guy who I'm assuming was the manager even checked on me while cleaning up around the seating area. If I'm ever staying at the pilot again I will gladly give them my money.“

“I went through the drive thru and ordered the $5 biggie bag plus a sugar cookie. All my items were in the bag and everything was served fresh and hot. The sugar cookie was a little bit over cooked but it still was a solid meal.
The service was nice and quick. Overall I would definitely come back to this location.“
“The only thing I do not like is they supper size your order so when you get up to the window that is when you find out it is costing $2 to $3 dollars more than what it on the board with all the items they have. It has happened twice now and I just pay and not make a issue, but next time I will tell them I want the regular food order that I ordered because I did not tell them to supper size the order. The second time that it happened is my car was full 6 people and it costed an extra $14.00 dollars. They are very sneaky. I am sure it is the owner telling them to do that, and he/she might even be splitting with them at the end of their shift.“
“Despite being probably one of the busiest Wendys in the world, they processed the long line super fast, and I was happy to see a pick up line.. no gaggles around the counter! I asked for no pickles and got it, the burger was fresh and good.. overall very satisfied. The manager here should get a serious raise for keeping the line going so well.“

“I went to Wendy's after a long flight. It was well after 10:30 pm, so my expectations were honestly, low. I ordered the Apple Pecan Salad with Pomegranate Vinaigrette dressing. The young man at the drive-through window asked us to pull forward; they were making fresh chicken breasts, and there would be a short wait. Gladly, we did so, because there's nothing worse than eating old, dead and gone chicken on a salad. The young man came out in less than 7 minutes, and we were on our way. The salad was freshly made and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The chicken was moist and tender, and overall, the salad was really good. They even gave me the extra salad dressing I asked for. Unfortunately, the pecans in the Apple Pecan Salad were missing in action; that's why I deducted a star. My experience at Wendy's was, largely, a great one. . .I just wish they'd do a quality check on their to-go orders.“
