The customer service is top notch, besides the food customer service is the main reason I visit this location more than any other restaurant in Bethlehem. The food is amazing, I love their wings, the Burgers are the best in town and the Phillies hit the spot every time. One of the things I like about WNB is that they're open on Sundays so I don't have to go without my wings. I've pretty much cut off all wing spots in Bethlehem/Winder area for the reasons listed above. I'm getting ready to place an order now thinking about. 5 stars from me.“

Went back yesterday for the first time, and found that the burger is smaller, with prefab formed patties. We’re no strangers to good food—we’re certified foodies—and this meal easily cracked the top 10 meals of our lives. We started with the pimento cheese and gnocchi to share, and both were downright insane in the best way. Creamy, rich, balanced—like Southern comfort and fine dining had a baby. For entrées, we ordered the shrimp & grits and the Campanella with beef ragout… and then proceeded to eat off each other’s plates all night because we genuinely couldn’t decide which one we liked better. The shrimp & grits were smoky, buttery perfection, and the ragout was slow-cooked, soul-warming magic. Dessert? Blueberry cobbler and chocolate bread pudding. We were already full, but we pushed through like champions. Both were ridiculously good—the kind of good that makes you consider licking the plate. Dinner was in the Versailles room and while the food and service were amazing, the noise level and tvs made it seem less like an intimate dinner and more like we should have showed up in blue jeans. Wouldn't have gotten as fancied up had I known. The last time I had eaten the was in 94 and it was much more a high end French restaurant. Still, no complaints, after dinner moves to the fireplaces and walked the very lovely grounds. Was a wonderful experience. You should definitely go.“

Ordered a BLT from their lunch menu. I asked the waitress if it was only bacon, lettuce & tomato, nothing extra added. She said yes that was all. When it arrived there were raw onions on it. I pointed it out to her and she said that is the way they make them (the onions were not listed on the menu). She said if I send it back there would be a long wait to get it since they were busy. I picked them off (I HATE RAW ONIONS), there was also no mayo on it. I asked for some mayo, never got it. I also paid cash, I was to get back $1 and change, she never gave me back my change so that was her tip. There were 7 of us and I wasn't the only one that she messed up on. One of the guys, she had to go back and find his credit card.“

“I love using Holy Smokes catering! I have used them a lot for lunchtime catering for customers and have never been happier. The food is exceptional!!! The meats (pork and chicken) are cooked perfectly and taste so delicious with their very own BBQ sauce. The Mac and cheese is the best that I have ever had and my customers say the same thing! The salad is always so fresh and the dressings are some of the best I’ve tasted. The Smokey flavored green beans are delicious and I always have more than one helping. My favorite dessert is their homemade brownies that are just like my grandma used to bake. They are always on time with their delivery and communicate so well when I reach out to them to order. The next event you have, call Holy Smokes and you will be thrilled. They also have the best quinoa bowls for the vegetarians in your party too!“

I ordered a New York strip... Asked for it medium rare.. It came rare / raw in the middle. Roxana, our AWESOME waitress, took it back and gave it a bit more on the grill. Came back CLOSE... but not exactly right. So she took my Cabernet off the check!

Flavor was still great.Sides: Loaded baked potato and broccoli. Cooked perfectly..

OH, AND EXTRA POINTS ON THE DRINKS. I'm a bourbon girl and I'm picky about my Manhattans. They delivered: a Bourbon Trace up-- a little on the suite side and a generous portion. NICE

The butter was still frozen and too hard to spread, and the bread crumbled, which was probably not fresh, unfortunately. Those were minor issues exclusive to our situation.“
