We were seriously impressed with the charcuterie board this company put together for our flight! Everything tasted fresh, high quality, and clearly thoughtfully selected. The cheeses were easily our favorite part, especially the creamy brie and the Roquefort, which paired perfectly with the cured meats, fresh-cut fruit, and artisan crackers. The prosciutto was delicate and flavorful, and the salami had a nice peppery kick with a deeper, smoky richness that really stood out.
