We arrived at Knuckle Sandwiches around 7:25pm (Jun 6, 2025). We walked in to place our order and immediately noticed that the manager on duty (split-dyed, bright, colored hair) who was operating the register was incredibly intoxicated. Hidden gem alert! Knuckle Sandwiches is hands-down serving up the best sandwiches in Augusta. It’s a small spot, but what it lacks in size, it more than makes up for in flavor. Every sandwich I've tried has been packed with fresh ingredients, bold combinations, and serious creativity. Service is fast, the vibe is laid-back, and you can tell they care about what they’re doing. If you’re tired of the same old deli routine, this place will blow your mind. A must-try!
I ordered a grilled cheese and it was comprised of some shredded cheese on a hoagie bun. Not what I was expecting for $13.
