“Excellent Service Provider especially being prompt on virtual and online orders; in comparison to other McDonald's. Receipt Paper needed in virtual portal payment system. ☮️????

Parking: Clean and well manicured landscaping. Spaces and lines high visibility.

“Best McDonalds in the area- hands down! This location gets pretty busy for lunch but they have a pleasant attitude and the food is consistent. I do hate to pull up in the drive thru if the food isn’t ready but they are usually quick. After a few years, this location remains my fave!“

“I just wanted to brag about a young man here at this location on 3423 Wrightsboro Road. I came in, ordered my food at the kiosk, and sat down. Normally they bring the food and just bring a cup. When the young man came to the table, he asked me what drink I would like and proceeded to get it for me. He then bring me napkins and ketchup without even being asked. I know it doesn't seem like a lot, but it is refreshing to see such manners, professionalism, and service! What a bright future I believe he will have. I only wish I had caught the young man's name. If you worked the front counter on Monday, 24 Febtuary 2025, Whoever you are, great job! Thank you!“

“Wow! I gotta say it's rare that McDonald's does anything to amaze but I was impressed how fast breakfast service was. I got the mix -n-match deal, a hashbrown, and OJ. Everything was fresh and the meal appeared almost instantly, like they already knew what I wanted. Magic!The staff was pretty friendly and courteous. They work fast here. This experience was so good that they have spoiled me for other locations. Kudos to the manager - seems the staff likes her and she is doing the right things!My only complaint was that it was rather warm at the location. There's a bunch of women working there so I'm sure they were cold and turned the AC off. LOL.. Can't be too picky: men and women will fight for eons over what a reasonable thermostat setting is. ?

Parking: Curbside service is available and parking is plentiful.“

“The customer service is excellent. The timing was perfect. However my food was not great. My fries were soggy and my burger was a little bit too dry. Or maybe I just really wasn't that hungry? 🤔

Kid-friendliness: 💙Family yes indeed that's why we call it McDonald's. Right?

While McDonald's was not ever a great options for a healthy meals for the kids, it's become a reliable place for a quick bite when life is too busy for a home cooked meal.
The Columbia Rd location has recently been prompt, accurate, and friendly- No complaints 👌🏽“

“Love using the kiosk, hitting the restroom, grab'n my food, and roll'n out. Super fast service. ♥️ The bathroom was kinda gross. Soap dispenser wasn't working. Most tables were dirty. I recommend hiring an external company to come in and deep clean the place. Food was ok. Sausage was greasy but I preferred it that way. Others may not.“

“Omg yall, I am literally in the middle of eating a beautiful delicious sausage egg and cheese bagel breakfast sandwich. When I say it actually looked like it is pictured and is fresh hot and tasty, I mean it!!! Keep up the great work, hats off to the preparer!!!!

“Never really had a problem at this store employees are great they might be a little short-handed sometimes but they always get the job done.And this is for the customers some of you are the reason why it takes so long to get things done reason being. It shouldn't take 5 minutes to decide what you want off the menu that should have been decided before you even pulled in the parking lot I mean come on it's McDonald's.“

“Generous giving 4*s. The food was descent the last 2 orders I’ve had Mcdelivery from the app. This time no sauces. 20 NUGGETS ORDERED AND NONE!? I even added extras from the condiment section on the menu. When the kids ask for McDonald’s I have to really think about it.“
