“I never write reviews but this Starbucks location is my fav!! All of their employees are always so friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience at this location. If you are even a tiny bit unsatisfied with your order, they are quick to remake your order no questions asked and most of the time will apologize and say, “this one is on us!” Sometimes I like to try drinks from their “secret menu” and they never roll their eyes or act rude / annoyed unlike what I have experienced at other stores. Anytime I have questions about certain menu items or how to upgrade my drink to make it better, they take the time to answer and don’t rush or make me feel dumb for asking. I stopped going to other Starbucks and have been loyal to this location for months now. The managers / baristas are totally the heart of this store and are BOMB. Much love, - The hot mess express mom that comes daily with two young kids screaming from the backseat. (Thanks for keeping me sane and supplying my ridiculous amount of caffeine that it takes to be a stay-at-home mom of two crotch goblins.)“

“We are from New York and were missing our Italian foods so we stopped in for a taste. Just like the rest of our trip this place was fabulous. The food was great and our waitress Shannon was so nice and pleasant.“

“Cute cafe in the Summerville neighborhood of Augusta with delicious coffee, good food, and a cool vibe. Great place to bring out of town guests. I’m a bit of a coffee snob and Relic never disappoints! They also have a unique selection of bags of whole bean coffee (and I assume will ground upon request) and I’ve given the beans as gifts to fellow coffee snobs. It can take a bit to sometimes get your goods so be patient if so and enjoy the smells of fresh coffee.“

“I don’t normally give ratings but I have to give Sole two thumbs up and ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s. We celebrated my son’s birthday there last night with a party of 16 and the food and service was fantastic. Our waitress was awesome, very attentive and made my son’s birthday dinner a big success. The floor manager checked in with us several times, was very friendly and made sure our experience was great! “This place has been opened for a while and I finally decided to stop by and try them. I went last night and got their blonde and white chocolate mocha. As a first time visitor, the waiter was extremely patient and even offered suggestions. He was great. It looked extremely clean inside and not overly crowded. The drinks were amazing. The white chocolate mocha actually tasted like chocolate. I enjoyed it so much that I went back today. Listen, their mango lemonade is to die for. Half my drink was gone before I even made it back home. This is definitely one of my new favorite coffee/drink spots!“

“What a great find! Came through Augusta on a day trip, and happened across Farmhaus. Good food that is locally sourced, and great service. The young lady who took our order was great- she seemed happy to be there and was very helpful with the menu. The food was tasty and prompt. The beer selection looked awesome, only wish I could’ve enjoyed one with the burger, but I had a long drive ahead. If your considering trying Farmhaus, go! I would definitely come back next time through!“

“My family and I experienced a wonderful dinner at Carabas on Washington Road in Augusta, GA this week. Not only was the food fantastic but so was our waiter, Kahleel. We can not say enough about how polite, attentitive and professional he was. He gave us the inpression that he enjoyed serving us. There are very, very few restaurant's in the area that have employees who have given us the service in which Kahleel did. My family and I would like his management to commend him on a job well done! “Food is always excellent, but noticed one of the servers did not have her long hair pulled back/up and pulled shirt down as she was wearing gloves while fixing sandwich but flung her hair back with her hand because it was in the way while making sandwich. This should not be allowed while working in a food establishment. Keeping hair restrained is a part of good personal hygiene, ensuring a sanitary environment for food handling.“

“The beers are always good. The staff are always friendly and inviting. This was the first time we actually had dinner at the recently opened kitchen. I had the Korean chicken sandwich. It was amazing. Say goodbye to Chick-fil-A (aka hate chicken, aka soggy sammich) and Bojangles. This is my new favorite sandwich. Oh and we happened to stop by when they had PWE wraslin night. “We absolutely LOVE the Arsenal Taproom. My crew goes once per week and we are always happy with the experience. The food is delicious, the drink selections are wonderful, and the staff is extraordinary.
Quick tip - check for their weekly menu special item. It always hits the spot and gives some variety for us regulars that eat at the Arsenal every week.

“Yes after 40+ years we could ALL use a make over...but its also part of the unique atmosphere that Villa Europa. It's old enough to have 1000s of memories. I have eaten there numerous times over my 55+yrs ? I have never been disappointed in the food nor the service. Don't take this wrong my waitress was very good, I miss the ladies with German/Italian heritage and speech. Thank you VE for keeping up the great reputation built by those before you, It's in good hands.“

“AMAZING 10/10! I was stopping through Augusta and stumbled upon this food truck at a chevron gas station. The birria taco, chorizo taco, churro cake, Mexican street corn, rice and beans - I ordered a smorgasbord. I spent $22 for lunch and dinner and these are easily the best tacos I’ve ever had. Staff was super friendly, it was cold so they brought the food to my car. I will definitely be back anytime I’m driving through Augusta!“

“My first time going, and the customer service was amazing. The atmosphere was spot on. I got the French toast with cheese grits. I'm from the south so when you somewhere you expect the cheese grits to be blah... BUT NO.. Their cheese grits had so much flavor they were amazing. And the French toast was soft and moist even after the butter has been sitting on it for a second. 10/10 highly recommend. Best breakfast ever😋🥰🩷🫶🏾“

Food was pretty good and I say that because the fried skin was falling off the chicken patty so it wasn’t “crispy” like it should have been and when I said no veggies on the tacos I thought I’d at least get cheese with the chicken, but nonetheless they still tasted good.“

“Theres a few things I look for when I walk into a Chinese Takeout spot. I immediately knew when I walked in I was going to enjoy my order. I was greeted not by an assortment of employees, but by a family. To my right there's a fish tank with a BEAUTIFUL set of fish. This place also followed COVID guide lines. I had the general tso chicken with a side of vegetable lomein instead of fried rice. The taste was there, the authenticity was there, and to top it off it was super affordable. This place is a gem to the community here.“

“Parking: Just get to know the owner. If parking is still your issue then you need to come back on a different day and really find out what the true issue is at hand and I promise you it isn't not the parking that's wrong with your life. It's something bigger.“

I wouldn't avoid the place, but I'm not running to eat here. Pizza joint used to be awesome. Now it's mediocre. It's disappointing really to see the quality slowly slipping away.“

Update: This is the only cookout I go to, I’m adding this to my review because after going here numerous times now, I simply don’t agree with the bad reviews. “I’ve only been to this location twice so far. 1 week and 1 day apart. Ended up with the same carhop both times and was shocked to see that she REMEMBERED us. Not just remembered me but also the conversation we had the prior week and asked about how things turned out. You don’t find people like that in this type of business anymore. “2nd visit :we enjoyed it..I had the Ribeye, corn, loaded mashed husband had chicken fried steak,baked potato, corn. It was fantastic. I would now highly recommend this place. The service and atmosphere were outstanding. Portions are large so come hungry.... Husband's hamburger was raw and French fries were cold. My shrimp was extremely over cooked and was tough. She replaced the hamburger ( iron was worse than the first and they changed me for the fries!!! Bill came to a little over $50.. to think we could have gone to the best restaurants!!

Parking: This place is the worst place we've been and it's expensive. I would like to say upon our 2nd visit I would rate the food, service and atmosphere were fantastic. We will be returning“

My food was hot and good BUT MAN COOKOUT SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THOSE LITTLE ASS BURGER PATTIES!!! A "Big Double Burger" looks like a vegi burger.
