Barbara our server was so sweet and again, they way their “process” is set up is superb. The staff color coded, hair nets and more. Such professionalism displayed and felt. We will be back!“

I ordered 2 lemon drops to drink, and the bartender made them to my specifications with lemonade and simple syrup to make sure they were extra sweet. “I ate there Saturday and I'm ready to go back! Grilled chicken salad was Huge and delicious! oysters rockafella were superb! Fried shrimp oysters and scallops were off the chain! Waitress Kay was terrific! I even loved the seat we sat at! 10/10“

“Hosted a customer dinner here. The location and ambiance was perfect. We started with the Brussels and Frito Misto. Brussels were cooked to perfection and had a great combination of flavors. We equally enjoyed the Frito Misto. For the entree's, I had the pork chop and each of my guests ordered the filet daily special. We each commented on how flavorful our meal was. Both of my guests were not fans of creamed spinach until they ate it here. The grits and gumbo were the perfect accompaniment to the pork chop. The cornbread...chef's kiss! I'm not from the area, but next time I'm in Augusta, Abel Brown will be on the list. I'm a fan!“

“After work I decided to give Captain D a go. Got the three fish meal with french fries. It didn't disappoint it was very hot and good. The only thing is that the fish was a little on the salty side. But other than that it was a very good lunch

“My family and I experienced a wonderful dinner at Carabas on Washington Road in Augusta, GA this week. Not only was the food fantastic but so was our waiter, Kahleel. We can not say enough about how polite, attentitive and professional he was. He gave us the inpression that he enjoyed serving us. There are very, very few restaurant's in the area that have employees who have given us the service in which Kahleel did. My family and I would like his management to commend him on a job well done! “My son and I went to the Washington Road location to eat and talk, where I was explaining to him how what we do affects others, some directly and some indirectly, when Ms. Tay served us our orders, she reiterated my point exactly without even knowing it… She was friendly and courteous, was attentive to all the diners and displayed great attitude, she even spoke some wisdom to my son!! The restaurant’s drive through was extremely busy Friday evening, Ms. Tay didn’t miss a beat, she had her headset on her head and still was attentive to the customers in the dining area!!! The restaurant was clean and everyone was served well! It’s good to know that people do care about what they do at work!! What you do matters! Be the change you want to see in the world!“

“One may have to wait for their food but I believe it's because they make it to order so it comes out hot and NOT cold (which I like). Food was good; however, one gets small portions for its sides. A lot of the sides are an additional charge so make sure you read the menu for up charges because it can surprise you. The staff at the drive through was nice.

Vegetarian options: Most of its sides besides the string beans.

Parking: Parking lot does have pot holes when exiting from the drive through.

Kid-friendliness: Does have a kids menu.“
