I see mold on the vent covers on the entire restaurant which impacts tremendously air quality in entire restaurant.
Please address mold issues in the HVAC system, ductwork , vent covers and acoustic ceiling tiles .

“The food here is generally pretty good. It is the best steakhouse in town. I ordered their long pour classic margarita and it was weak and which is why I'm giving the food a 4. We had the spinach artichoke dip. I had the half rack of ribs with fries and corn on the cob. My husband had the sirloin with mushrooms, mac and cheese, and broccoli. The food was delicious. The atmosphere is a typical cowboy theme with country music playing but I can ignore that because of the food. Our server was nice and prompt with water refills and checking back without hovering. I wish I remembered her name because she was great.“

Service and food became so bad instead of driving 1 mile to Douglasville Roadhouse, we started driving 15 miles to Hiram Roadhouse. Last year, we decided to try the Douglasville Roadhouse again. We were pleasantly surprised. Pat Gibson has turned this place around. The food is great and the service is outstanding. The last couple times we ate at Douglasville Texas Roadhouse Forrest was our server. He is outstanding, courteous and awesome. Thanks for the big improvement, Pat. Doug and Gabriele“
