“We had a party of nine that traveled about an hour to visit The American. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We shared tastes from each others choices. The comments were all positive and a couple said this is the best meal they could remember anytime anywhere. There were some wanting to make a monthly trip. Exquisite experience.“

“I love their bourbon street chicken with the rice & their salad bar is so crisp and fresh.
The yeast rolls are always steaming hot, and the steak is always top notch.
This place has been the best for years and I’m glad Bainbridge has one good steak house a buffet restaurant 🤤“

“It was good food, BUT there wasn’t much left at 9:30am when we got there. If you are going to go get there early! The ladies were sweet and the tea was good.
Dietary restrictions: I’m gluten free and was able to have cheese grits, eggs, ham & sausage.“
