“I want to be fair, I come here to grab lunch more than a handful of times. I just witnessed this today and had to say something! The person preparing my sandwich handled the phone, a draw, some sticker from said draw and then touched her face right before handing my sandwich. The whole time she didn’t change here gloves once. This never happens but I was in shock and just tossed my sandwich out because I didn’t want to make a scene. Don’t be like me… say something and ask em to change there gloves before touching your sandwich. I will make sure next time but I am so disgusted and will definitely be paying more attention ordering from any of these places in the future.“

Stacey is always here every week, and no matter how late I come in, she is always in a great mood, very upbeat, and very warm and welcoming. It is a fabulous experience week after week. “Today 12/21/24, I went in to pickup my ham order. I had a bit of a struggle getting into the store as the parking lot was crowded. The young men working the counter were exceptionally helpful. Sean went so far as to carry my bags out to my car and he lent a helpful hand helping me walk. I was so impressed by the excellent service I felt compelled to write about it in a review. The honey baked brand is known for excellence and we always include it in our holiday fixings. I can highly recommend the Riverstone location simply amazing!!“

They went above and beyond to satisfy my order and I could not be happier with the service I received. “First time at this location. After reading the reviews, I was hesitant. Walked in around noon and only had one person in front of me. The gentleman working was friendly and started my sandwich after a few moments. I ordered my normal salami footlong on Italian with shredded jack cheese, bell peppers, tomato (which I never get, but looked riped) jalapeno, bannana pepper, little lettuce, mayo, southwest chipotle, spices, oil and vinegar. The bread looked like it was slightly over baked but still soft. I would have got red onion, but I noticed there wasn't any out. There was almost a full bag of uncut onions in plain view, but im guessing they just hadn't got them on the line yet. My sandwich was great, and I am often in the jasper area, so I will definitely be back.“
