Surprisingly the beef with tender melt in your mouth instead of fatty/tough/salty like I expected from other substandard buffets I'd become accustomed to. Chinese buffets have low bars of mediocrity, abut this humble small town family owned & operated buffet restaurant was a delightful suprise. And with tax, this smorgasbord came to just $11.50..
