High praise for Amy today! Ordered the rib basket and was beginning to eat when Amy walked by and noticed that the ribs were not to standard. I hadn't recognized they were dry and overcooked. She immediately acknowledged, apologized and within minutes showed up with a new order. Wow, the new ribs were perfect, and a larger piece! Her professional response went above and beyond! Always have a good experience here. Normally it is a little slow getting the food out but we have never had a problem with our food before. Relatively clean.
