There was a late lunch rush right as we arrived. There were a half dozen really unhappy customers waiting for what, by their account, was a long time for some food and the drive through was wrapped around the building. Young lady at the counter with a HUGE attitude problem.Coming in right at the tail end of this it seemed that the kitchen had caught up and got our food out in a reasonable amount of time and almost correct.
Wow last time here service was great but now it's time find a new Arby'sWife waited at counter just to get a refill 15 min. because coke was out only to be told its empty also behind the counter. Service was bad for others also he must had blinders on he ignored my wife and all she wanted was a refill of her drink!
