“The mobile thru is last priority now versus how easy the process was before the "remodel". I watched 5 cars that ordered AFTER me in the drive thru get their food and drive while I waited over 15 minutes for a lemonade and and ice cup in the mobile thru line. This is the 4th time I've been here since they reopened and it's clear that something drastic has changed in their training, leadership, priorities (at least at the drive thru), etc.....“

“Not only is the food delicious the staff is equally wonderful. The cashier always looks for the deal when you change up the menu. “I'll take a grilled chicken muffin. Fried chicken instead of grilled with an egg white” NO PROBLEM! Suggests a different combo, cheaper but gives me what I asked for AND my order is correct! Chic~fil~a should do the hiring process for all restaurants.“
