High Ridge Peddler Reviews
Wonderful dining experience this evening! The food was delicious and great service!!
We ate here a couple of times. It was great!
Food might have been okay if it had not been served stone cold after a 25 minute wait. Only thing warm was the fried chicken. The interior of the restaurant clearly had water leak issues based on the poor conditions of the ceiling tiles. Had to hold my breath in the restroom because of the moldy odor. Overall extremely poor conditions. Save your health & time and dine elsewhere.
Menu
The High Ridge Peddler was a charming restaurant that offered a peaceful and vintage-inspired atmosphere. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful, providing fast service and a wide range of menu options. The food was highly praised, with highlights including the all-you-can-eat Sunday lunch featuring delicious fried chicken, a variety of vegetables, and banana pudding. Customers described the overall experience as exceptional, with the restaurant capturing the nostalgic feel of traditional Southern dining. Known for its excellent Southern food in Blue Ridge, the restaurant was especially loved by families, with kids enjoying tenders, onion rings, and salad. The owner and chef, often seen in a button-up dress shirt, was appreciated by many. The staff, including attentive waitresses, worked hard to accommodate food allergies and ensure a great meal. Unfortunately, the restaurant has closed its doors due to issues with the landlord, but it remains fondly remembered as a place for authentic Southern cuisine.
