“The people who work here are extremely nice and provide great customer service! The location is more convenient than you'd think since you can enter/exit from either street . I've probably gotten at least 15 drinks here (and a few food items) since they opened and there have been ZERO bad experiences. I 100% recommend“

“Jittery Joe's won me over with their whole vibe when I was a teenager visiting Athens. I think the world would be a better place if this replaced Starbucks everywhere. Or maybe I'm still feeling the caffeine from the Crackaccino I mean, I might have imagined that name. But the first time I had one, my eyes never felt wider. They've got good coffee. I buy a can whenever I can.“

“I get Starbucks all the time from all over between Vinings, Braselton, Covington, Savannah… my point is I’ve been to so many Starbucks locations and this is by far the most pleasant experience I’ve had as far as ordering efficiency, time spent waiting, and staff attitude. “I worked outside in the rain today and was cold and wet for my ride home; so, I decided to grab a hot chocolate to warm up.
As I was paying at the drive through, I dropped my card wallet right into a puddle of water, and all of the contents popped out.
The young man at the window immediately handed me a bunch of napkins so that I could dry my stuff.
I didn't catch his name, but his act of kindness was appreciated.“

“I recently had gastric sleeve surgery and have had a terrible time trying to find stuff to drink that is calorie free and no artificial sweeteners. A friend suggested that I try the tropical tea. I did and I was hooked!! Their customer service is amazing and when my order was put on back order, they were so friendly and did everything they could to get my order pushed through.“
