“It was our first time visiting, Was recommended by a friend. CAVA Was clean food, lookef fresh and Staff was friendly specially Dee Dee. This will be one of our spots after church on Sundays. It was awesome!!!“

“I had coffee twice from here this past weekend and it was incredible!! No bitterness, no bite, so smooth with great flavor. I was recommended the lavender honeysuckle latte (mine with oat) and I’d recommend it to anyone else! I wish I had time to go back for one of their seasonals.
Also, the home fries—TOP tier.
If you dine in they also give you glass mason jars and metal trays with unclenched wax paper. I love that it minimizes plastic!“

“It is Locos! It is consistent with what you would get at their establishments. I quite enjoy their burger. Decent deal and yes it really does appear to be from scratch.
Wings are hit and miss sometimes. I like them super crispy. Always ask and sometimes they still are too limp . They need to always provide more celery and why no carrots?
Need more local beer options from Athens and GA. Keep promoting. Also include some fancier drafts.
The vibe? Some wait staff are attentive and sweet. People who go can get chatty and loud. Usually though it is welcoming.
I miss the one by campus. Felt local and not as commercialized. That was long ago though.

“It was a to go order and the food was brought to the car . It was warm and delicious . We had a grilled Salmon and a Tbone ( like) steak ! The sides were so Devine I ate my steak the next day . Brussels sprouts were so yummmy I SQUATED to honor them , the French Onion soup made me HOLLER like they were whooping my behind, may be the best I have had ! Give it a try !! I mean that soup calls my name and I try to communicate .. wish I had a bowl now !!“

The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the food. Brett’s specializes in showcasing the best of local cuisine, and it does not disappoint. I indulged in one of their signature burgers along with crispy French fries , it was amazing!
Service at Brett’s was exceptional. Our server was attentive and friendly, ensuring that our glasses were never empty and that we had everything we needed without being intrusive. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in their work, and their enthusiasm contributed to a wonderful dining experience.

“We had never been here but my wife received a gift card so we decided to go for our 3rd wedding anniversary. We made reservations and they had a table ready for us when we arrived. The service was excellent, the food was delicious and the prices were reasonable. We had money left on our card so we returned a week later and it was just as good as the first time. We highly recommended it.“

“Amazing time!! Drew and his fellow bar tenders were more than accommodating as our rained out kids soccer tournament became a respite for the weary parents. Arrived on a Hawaiian Luau Saturday with live music, food, and $16 coupon stacks ($16=6 half pour samplers 😉 and a takeaway glass). Small town brewery feel in the middle of “Dawg” country. What else is there to say?!?“

“Watkinsville fusion cuisine hidden Jewel. You wouldn’t guess that a high end restaurant would be tucked away in a small building. You will get transported to whole new world. Any choice of entree will not disappointed. It’s a little expensive but well worth it.“

“Small, unassuming Chinese restaurant located on Atl Hwy near the train tracks in Statham. Don't let the appearance fool you. Our meals were delicious, affordable, and plentiful. What more could you ask for? Their Mongolian Beef was the best I've had in Athens so far and I had enough left over for lunch the next day. My husband and daughter thoroughly enjoyed their Chicken and Broccoli and Shrimp and Broccoli as well as the Crab Rangoon we had as an appetizer. Service was excellent and we will definitely come back.“

“Food and customer service were good. However, I’ve been to many KBBQ spots, even in cities smaller than Athens, and they all offered more options. This place is definitely the most expensive with the fewest choices. The all-you-can-eat is around $35. I understand it’s the only KBBQ spot in the area, which I’m assuming is why it’s so pricey despite having fewer options than a typical all you can eat KBBQ.“

“This was our first time at this restaurant. Our hibachi experience was awesome! We came on a Monday so it was just us at the table. It was our chef Dika’s first day and he did exceptional! He was very professional and made us feel welcome. Plus the steak he cooked was exactly how I like it! We will definitly be back and will ask for Dika.“

“We had a waitress and a new employee she was training to take our order. It was a little confusing to begin with. Forgot to get my daughters choice of drink. Then brought out a glass of water with a fly in it. Other then that, it was all good. And just as nice as could be with us. We had 6 adults and 5 children. We had just left my grandsons football game. And decided to eat here.. the food was wonderful, no complaints. Friendly staff..“

“I am a South Georgia girl who has been waiting for the Athens, GA location to open. Let me just say that the workers at the Athens location were AMAZING!! I was so excited to eat Surcheros again, but now I can’t wait for a chance to dine in with them! I am almost positive I was greeted by every person working and they all were so cheery and had smiles on their faces. This is definitely an environment I want to eat in and people I want to talk to! Already planning my next stop in and maybe I’ll get all of my northern friends to tag along so that I can show them how us South Georgia folk do it!😋“

“While visiting my Aunt in Athens we got take out From the Timothy Road location. We were told an hour. I arrived 50 minutes later, paid and waited about 10 minutes for the server to return to the bar with our order. I could tell the pizza box was not warm but when it was handed to me. When we arrived at my Aunts condo just a few minutes up the road the pizza and pasta were COLD. Frustrating to have to wait for cold food. The salads were good and the taste of the pizza and pasta were good. Next time I guess I’ll order and wait at the bar?“

“Best Chinese food anywhere! Eggrolls are phenomenal! We had the meal for 6 people and it was soooo much food we had lunch and dinner and gave some away. Mongolian beef is exceptional. Sizzling rice soup is both fun and delicious! Sweet and sour shrimp is perfect. I could go on...but you should just go! You won't regret it!“

“My grandson wanted chinese food, I didn't know the area and we had decided to get chick fil a but then saw China Star behind the chick fil a and decided to give it a try . The food was hot and fresh, and delicious. I did not order anything from the hibachi or sushi so not sure how those items are but what I did try was very good. My grandson loved it and ate 3 plates full. Fresh fruit was good as well.“

And do not leave without getting the fried mushrooms. There are never enough of them. Lol
The customer service is top notch. The team is always incredibly nice and friendly. Speedy service, and the restaurant is so clean and bright. There are plenty of places to get similar cuisine, but this is the place to go.“
