“We parked right across the street. Walked in and were graciously welcomed and seated immediately. There is a bar if you want to have a drink before being seated. The restaurant is small, cozy and decorated nicely. The tables are situated for privacy. Everything was wonderful…..service, food and dining atmosphere all excellent. If you’re looking for an exceptional fine dining experience, The Dining Room is the place.”

“We visited Oconee Coffee Roasters yesterday while in Madison, Ga., one of our most favorite day trips from Atlanta. This time though, we discovered the greatest authentic coffee shop right there in Madison. And my husband grew up on a coffee farm in Kenya, so he knows and recognizes great coffee ! We had the Oconee Blend in a cappuccino. The owner told us we would be pleased, and that was an understatement ! The Oconee Blend is truly outstanding. It has a pure, gentle, exciting taste, even better than our usual Illy Classico. “I made a particularly specific to-do order for a friend. Even though it took me a while to get everything in order for everyones food, they were very patient and sweet! The one who took my order, Lilli I think their name is, went above and beyond! There was another server who put together my order as well but I didn't catch her name. Definitely coming back!”

They have a large, standard, daily menu plus revolving daily specials of the main course, sides, and desserts. Very friendly staff, consistent food quality, and the convenience of call-ahead orders with pickup at the drive-through window. My favorite meal is country fried chicken breast filet with white gravy, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, cornbread, and red velvet cake for dessert!!! “Healthiest option at Wire Park by far. Food is always fresh and quickly presented. I'd recommend the three pita mini platter and try the lamb, beef, and chicken. Bonus is being able to sit outside in the courtyard.”

“I enjoy dining here. Hardly ever have I had bad food or service. Always a good to great experience. However I urge you to strongly reconsider having live music in your establishment. While I love music, your establishment is way to small for it. I came here to have dinner and conversation with my wife. If I wanted to hardly be able to carry a conversation and hear live music, I’d go to a bar. If this becomes a regular occurrence, I’ll find a new pizza joint. Sincerely a long time customer. And yes, there is outdoor dining, however it isn’t always available seating wise or ideal temps.”

“While there's an outstanding bakery in Watkinsville, GA, renowned for their Bacon-Cheddar Quiche, patrons should be aware that reaching the destination involves traversing a speed trap set by the Greene County Sheriff's Office on Greensboro Highway between HWY 316 and I-20, a hazard that has led me to alter my route and avoid Greene County during my regular commutes between Auburn, GA and Shaw AFB, SC, a decision I suggest others consider as well.”
