“My friend girl brought me to this restaurant for my birthday. I had the turkey ribs, collards, yams and Mac and cheese and the bread pudding, we even tried the fried green tomato,she had the turkey wings. OH ! My gosh the food was sooo, ( never heard of nor had a turkey ribs) it was so tender and the sauce was point on. I don't mind paying a good piece if the service and food is great. When I left this restaurant I took a picture and posted on Facebook, telling everybody I know about this fabulous time at this place and they got to try it out. “We ate here after seeing Cirque du Soleil nearby with our two kids, 10 & 11. The restaurant was clean, and comfortably decorated. I wasn't worried too much about having what amounts to a grill in the middle of our table with the kids. It's obviously hot, but it's not like you'll lose a hand if you get too close here and there. Service was great. Our server was Yuki. He was very attentive, and explained how it worked, and answered any questions. When our food arrived, Yuki told us exactly what each item was, and exactly how long to cook it per side. Not a cheap place to go, especially with kids, but a nice treat after an otherwise fun-filled day with other new first experiences.“

“I visited from out of town for work and stopped in because I love hot pot and Korean bbq! Was expecting top to be good but it was more than good! I ate my weight in food and because it was all delicious! My server Cody was phenomenal! He was very attentive, personable and had a great recommendation with the beef finger meat! “Had delivery bibimbap bowl with tofu and spicy Korean bbq bowl. Both were high quality and generous portions enough for 2 servings. Thought bibimbap bowl tasted fresher with all the vegetables. Fried dumplings (3 per order) were also solid. Highly recommend and very addictive!“

“I was finally able to get a taste of Stan’s without the super long wait and I was not disappointed. The beef sausage was great. The barbecue sauce was tasty, it wasn’t too sweet or bold. He did great with the sauce. The rib sandwich was perfect. The rib wasn’t fatty, the meat was tender and well seasoned. I’m a picky eater and was thoroughly impressed. Try them out if you want some good barbecue.“

“First of all, do not eat for at least a week before you eat here. The portions are not only delicious, but HUGE! I had a hot salmon sandwich and there was soooo much salmon on it it was spilling out. My daughter had the beef brisket nachos and has not stopped talking about how much beef brisket was piled on them. Definitely going back again and again and will be buying the bottles of their sauces. I think it was the White Alabama sauce for my salmon sandwich that is so good I could have drank it.“

“Our first visit, we will be back! Great food. fast, friendly service! Weather was perfect so we sat outside on the deck. Very clean. The food is fresh, they smoke all their meat daily and they use locally sourced produce. They have a full bar. We shared the OG Salmon Chips - house smoked salmon, chipotle cream cheese, red onion & capers on house made potato chips (piucured) they are a little pricey at $16 for 5 servings but are piled high with fresh salmon so we weren't disappointed (they were great). We also had a Garden Chopped Bowl - (thick cut) house bacon, hard boiled egg, corn, red onion, tomato, avocado, bleu cheese and added Pulled Pork (pictured). Very good, highly recommend!“

No offense to my friends in the biz but DAS, hands down, has the best of each of these items! I live on the southside of ATL and gladly will drive for more DAS BBQ. “We go to Roasters quite a lot and love the food. Went there on Tuesday to celebrate a birthday for my mother's caregiver. The waiter Eric refused to give her a birthday desert and we even offered to pay and he just presented us with a bill.“

I’ve been to all three Lewis Barbecue locations now, and this one in Atlanta—and I’m happy to say the food here is just as good as the OG.

All the meats were cooked and smoked beautifully—super tender and packed with flavor. The sides were just as tasty and really completed the meal.

“I first ordered from Grubhub and it was so good we made the drive the next day. The beef and chicken and literally everything is amazing. Excellent taste, large portions, and it was delicious. To top it off, the two sweet women that worked up front made this my favorite place to go and take my daughter for amazing food and an atmosphere that feels like home. “My sister and I are both well-traveled. We've enjoyed barbeque at top restaurants in places like Thailand, Fuji, Morocco, Hawaii, Australia, and Toronto. Having done so, we continue to return to our favorite BQ restaurant Rodney Scott’s Whole Hog BBQ. Rodney Scott’s barbeque set the standard for not only Atlanta, but world-wide restaurants. R.S.W.H.B.B.Q is more than “exceptional”. The portion sizes are huge, the vegetables are well seasoned, the potato salad is kick your shoes off good. However, the pork ribs, boned in chicken, and brisket exceed the norm on taste and desirability. The BBQ meats are so delicious that you will find yourself eating first, second, third... Thanks, Team Management for always being on hand to meet and greet and keep the flow of food pickup moving fast.
