“I would consider us regulars, eating here 1-2x/month. A little disappointed this go around. We ordered the toppoki, bulgogi quesadilla, and the harue kimbap. The bulgogi quesadilla was labeled as a “limited time” item and was pretty good! The fries it came with were a little undercooked and lacked that the crispy crunch. Harue kimbap = solid. The toppoki was overcooked—the rice cakes and ramen (that we paid extra for) were too chewy/soggy.“

“I had a pleasant experience the first and third times I visited. However, the second visit was chaotic. The service was running super late on orders, even though plenty of plates were ready. I think they were short-staffed, but it was a mess. Now, coming to the good part: I loved the whole chicken. They could’ve added a bit more seasoning to the peri chips. The garlic bread was nicely made, and the Portuguese rice was good, though it was super cold. My favorite was the peri-peri wings—they were delicious. I enjoyed the chicken thigh sandwich as well. This place is better for hanging out with friends than for a date.“

“I took my 14 YO to ATL this weekend. He’s usually not a big eater. So, after exploring down town we went to Gus for dinner. The food was delicious! The chicken skin was crispy with the perfect amount of spice, the meat was so tender. My son ended up having 3 pieces of fried chicken. Driving home, I asked him out of everything we did in ATL what his favorite part was? He said Gus Fried chicken! Not the aquarium, the hotel, anything else down town. As a mother, I will always hold that as a very close memory. The staff was great . We have absolutely no complaints other than you are six hours away!“

“I am in love with their mala chicken. I came here during the mid afternoon, so it was almost empty. Service was quick, and the place was quiet. They have two TVs on if you're the type who enjoys background noise or visuals.

I wish the mala chicken had more sauce because it was delicious. Because we had the rose tteotboki, it was a good combo with both. It wasn't dry and mostly breading luckily.

They have a happy hour everyday 2-5pm. So we got a beer pitcher which was a few dollars less. They only have 4? Beer pitcher options. I tried their ponce at night IPA, which was okay, not extremely bitter. They didn't allow samples so we took the gamble.“

But what truly sets this location apart is Fernando. Whether he’s at the cashier or working in the back, he’s always there with a smile and an incredibly polite attitude. He genuinely goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Need something? Fernando’s already on it. Only thing the area seems a little rough but they had security guard outside. We will definitely return. Only thing I would recommend would be seating I came from out of town and wish I could have ate inside.“

“This CFA is BAIG. Best at its game. Being in a busy spot of town, with hospital workers constantly in and out… they have perfected service. Quick, pleasant, and clean. I come in every day for lunch and day after day, time after time, the service, atmosphere, food and overall general vibe of everything going on here is EXACTLY what you would expect from a Chikfila, but honestly it’s more than that. They have spent so much attention to detail on curating such a homely and inviting feeling. From the flowers arranged on every table to the chalkboard they update all the time with things that make you smile ! The food is always out quickly whether you do mobile order or in line, and it’s always hot and fresh which is SO important to me ! All of the staff is very welcoming and kind and eager to make your experience as pleasant as possible. And one thing that I really really love and appreciate is the fact that they employ locally which is important when coming into a community in my opinion and for this very reason, they have workers who can communicate with the people of the community who end up being your customers and I think that is something to be applauded because while it may be small to some, I see the impact first hand. The managers and owners are such a joy to speak with as everyone there is really a true embodiment of the spirit of Chikfila and for that I thank them. Ten out of ten would definitely recommend !“

“I am at this Chic-Fil-A every Monday and Wednesday and when I tell you that I LOVE THEM. The customer service is IMMACULATE!!!! My favorite crew person is Grayson he needs a raise and a promotion. “I tried this place through catering and had to go try the real restaurant. I got the chicken salad melt with the grape salad and it was great. My sister got the chicken salad sandwich with pasta salad and a scoop of Dixie chick on the side. My son got a spicy pimento cheese BLT and he enjoyed it. And we ordered a trio just to try even more flavors. The crispiness of the croissant melt was the very best. They actually mixed up one of my scoops and gave me the wrong one so I didn't get to try the one with the pineapple so I was sad. We ordered chips and it was perfect. Our least favorite was the pasta salad and our most favorite was the grape salad. The cake did not taste like white chocolate and it was okay.“

“So since we arrived to Dragoncon on Wednesday we have passed by Gus's famous chicken several times, I decided to treat the family. The wait time was about 15 minutes which is not bad at all.
We were seated and our drink order was taken which is nice. The food was great. Just the right amount of heat for us. I ordered the 2 piece dark meat platter that comes with Cole slaw, baked beans and white bread. I also ordered a side of mac n cheese. Side of fries and side of potato salad. The food was great. Our server was great too.
Where I was disappointed was when my son went to the restroom, another patron came to ask if the empty chair was taken, we said yes and it was ok but when an employee just grabs my son's chair and starts dragging it away without even asking. That kind of ruined my dinner. So thats why I gave it 4 stars. Other than thar it would have been a nice first time experience.“

They have the best drive thru system in all of fast food currently and even a long wait doesn't seem so long when your order is taken in seconds of your arrival and is ready when you get to the window. 60 cars in 6 minutes. Anywhere else you could have 4 cars in the drive thru and it could take 30 minutes to give your order another 20 minutes to get to the window to pay and some places will still ask you to pull down or park so that they can bring the order to the car. Chick-fil-A has the best system going and it is being done properly at every location from MLK WESTEND, NORTHSIDE DR, FORREST PARK, CONYERS, COVINGTON, DULUTH, AND LAWRENCEVILLE.“
