“Usually when I get an apple fritter, it is as dry as a hockey puck. At The Queen's, it was one of the best fritters I have had in a long time. The second time I went in, I tried the sunflower. That was just a good. Hot or cold americano was smooth and not bitter. Great little coffee and donut place.“

“Always friendly service through the drive-thru. Took my pups the other day and the young man handed them a puppy-cup filled with whipped cream (like Starbucks puppicinso) and they were so excited. I buy their Sweet Pepper Bacon Egg n Cheese on a croissont and it is TO DIE FOR. I mean...SERIOUSLY.“

“I visit this location very often to the point they greet me by name when I come in and leave. I usually sit in the same spot, set up, and approach the counter to order my drink. I usually see most of the same customers/employees there too which is always nice. So far my experiences have been good.“

“I have lived by this location for years, and now that I have moved, I drive out of the way just to come back. They have always made my coffee just right, and I have had my some of favorite baristas come and go.

But I want to especially thank Abbi for making my day, not once but twice. When the protein coffees came out she was very kind while helping me understand all the nutrition information.

As a person with anxiety it isn’t always easy for me to just ask people questions but she was nice and patient with me. Then today a whole few weeks after that encounter when I came back in to ask another question (😅) she remembered me AND my order.

“Usually great. Stays fairly clean; even when busy. And the food is always at a good temperature (in my experience). The one male manager I've experienced who was also there today is always super nice, too.
The only thing I strongly dislike is how most of the time if you order on the app or kiosk and select a table tent or table number (marked in the silver circle plates on the tables) to have the food delivered to your table, they don't want to take it to your table and they don't even call your number out until it's been sitting on the counter getting cold for a while. I was there today and a dad was in the playroom with his child waiting for his food. I saw when they placed it on the counter, but they called his number AFTER it was sitting on the counter for 10 minutes. He couldn't even hear it being called because he was on the other side of a glass wall. Which probably explains why he wanted table service. Not counter service. But I looked in the playroom and noticed his table tent after they called it out and I got his attention to let him know his food was ready. There was also someone else's order sitting on the counter before I even got there and for 18 more minutes afterwards before they called the number out.
My point is, if you request table service, you should receive table service. Otherwise, you're just going to assume they're just taking too long, like the time I stood at the counter for 45 minutes waiting for a to-go order (which rarely happens, but it happens). Don't offer table service if you're not going to comply with the request. Just like when curbside isn't available and it's marked unavailable on the app. Do the same for table service or something.
