“Please I just want to give the elderly man who’s first day it was there today a hug. He was so sweet and thoughtful and trying, and the girl that was training him was loud and abrasive towards him when she was the one that didn’t give him the donut to begin with. Please find someone with just a little more empathy to train new employees. I wanted to cry for that man as I pulled away he must have said sorry 10 times to her with such a sad look in his eyes.“
“The young man who took our order was very friendly and polite. He offered to make a fresh pot of coffee because he noticed the coffee he served was warm rather than hot. When I left the store, I forgot to take the cup of ice my wife ordered. The young man ran out to our car to deliver it. Very impressed with his service.“
“Stopped in to get a donut and a breakfast sandwich. Everyone was nice and they had this cute little holiday bag and cup that they put the donut and the coffee in. A nice touch. It is hard to understand why they don't have a combo that has a donut and a coffee as a choice though since it is primarily a donut shop.“
