“Please I just want to give the elderly man who’s first day it was there today a hug. He was so sweet and thoughtful and trying, and the girl that was training him was loud and abrasive towards him when she was the one that didn’t give him the donut to begin with. Please find someone with just a little more empathy to train new employees. I wanted to cry for that man as I pulled away he must have said sorry 10 times to her with such a sad look in his eyes.“
“Management and Staff were super awesome and helpful. I ordered my wife’s food wrong and if you know my wife I’d caught a beating when I got home. Manager was super nice about it and even said he understood so it was no big deal. Will definitely be back to this Dunkin…….“
“Stopped in to get a donut and a breakfast sandwich. Everyone was nice and they had this cute little holiday bag and cup that they put the donut and the coffee in. A nice touch. It is hard to understand why they don't have a combo that has a donut and a coffee as a choice though since it is primarily a donut shop.“
