“I order food at Zaxbys about once or twice a week. I would just like to say that most of my experiences have been positive. Everyone is efficient and polite. I must brag on a young lady by the name of Trystan who is usually at the window when I pick up. She is always smiling and very professional. Her superior service and positive attitude always make it a very pleasant experience.“

“This is an amazing place! I’ve been coming regularly for two years to and from trips between Fort Benning and Charleston SC. Everytime I come they always serve me an extra chicken strip. My most recent visit I hadn’t accounted for a delay in pay from the army due to a holiday, and was unable to pay after placing an order. The management gave me the food for free. Trying to practice integrity I stopped back in a few days later and attempted to pay for my recent free meal, and they wouldn’t let me, saying it was their pleasure to bless me. This establishment deserves your business. The food is delicious, fairly priced, and the employees/management are quality people!“

“Ate there last night around 8:15. The food was awful , warmed over at best. As we were leaving l went to get a tea refill and the female Mgr. said " we closed at 9:00 and it's 9:04 already so we thru it out. She was a jerk and when l called to speak with the owner the next morning l got her again instead. l told her l should get a free tea next visit and her response was " it ain't gonna happen ". She needs to be fired. She is not customer service material and ruins the reputation of a good place.“

“Parking situation is a bit chaotic with the cones for drive thru line right behind. Need a better pick up option for orders placed online so those of us with young kids don't have to go inside and get them out of their car seats and back into them. Defeats the purpose of ordering ahead to save time cuz Might as well roll thru the drive through and wait it out. All around excellent. A good slim chickens location compared to others.“

“I have picked up from drive thru twice this week. The girl and I think it was the same girl both times was very pleasant even to the point of announcing her name before taking the order. The guy who took my money both times was very pleasant. My order was correct both times and the salad was made with love both times. Great service, friendly staff who act like they appreciate my business. Byron Zaxby's could use some lessons.“
