“Best Chinese food in the area! I usually get the same items- pork fried rice, chx on a stick, hot n sour soup. I’m picky as are my kids. But now they always want chx sticks and egg rolls from Great Wall. Food is fresh, has a good amount of veggies, not too oily. Service is good. They are pleasant and quick. I gave 4/5 for atmosphere bc personally, I think having soft music or something to view while waiting or dining in would make the atmosphere feel warmer. But it’s really not even a big deal. The food is so good!“

“For a while I was door dashing to get my kfc. One time and only one time only my order got messed up and it was cause I didn't know how to or d er a special they where having on door dash. So I called and spoke to a manager named roti and she did everything to rectify the issue even though it was my fault. I simply had to go in and reorder what I really wanted and she and her Co managers took care of the bill. Nit only did they remake it they did so with sooo much professional ism and did substitutions for what I didn't want. Extra biscuits and even a extra piece of chicken in my two dinners I got to reorder reorder. I eat out alot and I must say I do not see this kind of quality management everywhere at all. I was so impressed. I will be back to eat again and again be cause of the great service they gave. Thank you ms roxi and her assistant manager. You where al l very kind. You got my business for sure!!!“

“Today, I took my kids to Chick-fil-A Towne Lake to pick up a quick lunch, while we were out running errands. We ordered through the app, for curbside pickup. Our order was delivered quickly & the staff member who brought it to us was friendly, as they always are. When we got home & opened the bag, I realized that there were 2 chicken sandwiches in there, instead of the 2 nuggets that I ordered. My order has never been wrong from this location (or any other CFA) & that’s a miracle b/c we hit this place up at least twice a week on average! 😂🐷🤷🏻‍♀️ Understanding that mistakes happen, although CFA rarely makes a mistake, I called to see if I could come back & exchange the 2 sandwiches for nuggets (my kids won’t eat the Lord’s chicken sandwiches 🤦🏻‍♀️). Scott, the operator of this location, answered & told me that he would bring the nuggets to my house! Shocked, I told him that I really didn’t mind coming back, but he insisted & arrived at my front door 5min later with a huge smile & a bag of nuggets for my kids, along with a little extra treat 🍪 for them. Thanks, Scott & CFA Towne Lake for the great food & excellent customer service! 🙏🏻“
