“I work close by and frequently grab coffee from this location. While their coffees and food often never disappoint, I am tired of having to deal with their customer service when it comes to mobile orders. I’m not usually one to complain, however almost every single time I order online I’m waiting in the lobby anywhere from 5-15 mins for someone to turn their back and give me the opportunity to ask for my coffee (that I can see behind the counter?????). Totally understandable y’all have other things to do but the energy and service when it comes to mobile orders needs some work!“
